Welcome to PreacherVR. By purchasing or downloading our digital templates, themes, and UI kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Order Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns relating to your order and processes your payments securely.

2. Product Licensing

When you purchase a digital template or UI kit from PreacherVR, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source code as a standalone digital product.

3. Product Delivery

All products are digital downloads. Upon successful payment processing via our Merchant of Record, you will receive an email containing the secure download link for your purchased template or asset files.

4. Limitation of Liability

PreacherVR is not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our digital templates. The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our order process and returns are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

Digital Products Guarantee

We offer a standard 30-day refund policy for all our digital templates and UI kits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your transaction.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details, or reach out directly to Paddle's buyer support team. Once approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. No complex conditions, no exceptions.
