1. Scope of Services

PreacherVR provides freelance web development, UI/UX design, website maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or formal agreement before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide all necessary text, images, brand assets, and other content required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may result in necessary extensions to the project timeline.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of the final payment, full ownership and copyright of the final website design and custom code will be transferred to you. However, PreacherVR reserves the right to display the completed work within this portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

PreacherVR is not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from the use of the websites or services provided. Once the final website is handed over, the client assumes full responsibility for its operation, security, and compliance, unless an ongoing maintenance contract is actively in place.

1. Information Collection

I only collect information that you voluntarily provide via the Contact Form (Name, Email, Subject, and Message) or through direct email correspondence. This site does not utilize intrusive tracking scripts to secretly harvest personally identifiable data without your consent.

2. Use of Information

The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your project inquiry, providing the requested development services, and sending invoices or important project updates.

3. Third-Party Services

This website may use secure third-party services (such as Formspree for contact form routing). These services operate under their own strict privacy policies. I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside marketers or data brokers.

1. Custom Web Projects

• Deposits: A standard upfront deposit is required to secure dedicated time in my schedule. This deposit covers initial research and setup, and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project before completion, you will be billed strictly for the prorated work completed up to that point. Any balance remaining from the initial deposit will be refunded.
• Completed Work: Once the final project is delivered, approved, and final payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscriptions & Ongoing Maintenance

Maintenance, hosting, and domain subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. I do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription months.

3. Third-Party Costs

Any costs incurred for necessary third-party services (e.g., domain name registration, premium plugins, specific API licenses, or cloud hosting fees paid directly on your behalf) are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
